Disclaimer & Vendor Access Policy

ChristianWeddings is a values-based directory operated to serve engaged couples seeking wedding professionals who share a historic Christian understanding of marriage, faith, and service. Participation on the Platform is voluntary and conditioned on a Vendor’s continued alignment with the Platform’s stated mission, editorial standards, and community expectations (collectively, the “Values”).

The Platform is a private service. Nothing herein creates a public forum, a common carrier obligation, or any entitlement to listing, ranking, placement, visibility, or continued presence on the Platform.

ChristianWeddings expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, and without any obligation to provide a reason, to: (a) decline or reject any Vendor application or listing submission; (b) refuse to publish, edit, unpublish, de-index, downrank, or remove any listing, profile, photograph, video, faith statement, review, or other content; (c) suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate any Vendor account, login credentials, dashboard access, promotional placement, or subscription; and (d) permanently revoke access to the Platform and any associated services.

Grounds for such action include, without limitation, a Vendor’s conduct, content, public representations, business practices, or affiliations that ChristianWeddings determines, in its judgment, to be inconsistent with, contrary to, disparaging of, or in violation of the Values; misrepresentation of beliefs, credentials, licensure, insurance, ownership, or experience; harassment, discrimination, deception, or unlawful activity; failure to fulfill obligations to Users; abuse of Platform features, ratings, inquiries, or promotional tiers; nonpayment or chargeback; or any breach of these terms.

Determinations of alignment with the Values are made by ChristianWeddings and are final. ChristianWeddings is under no obligation to investigate, adjudicate, mediate, or disclose the basis for any determination, nor to afford any appeal, cure period, or hearing, though it may elect to do so as a matter of grace and not of right.

Upon denial, suspension, or revocation, all licenses granted to the affected Vendor terminate immediately, listings may be removed without further notice, and any outstanding lifetime, founding-member, subscription, or promotional entitlement is forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable, and no credit, proration, or substitute placement is owed. ChristianWeddings may retain records of terminated accounts as necessary for legal, accounting, security, and anti-abuse purposes.

Faith statements, biographies, service descriptions, pricing, media, and all other Vendor-supplied information are authored by Vendors and published substantially as submitted. ChristianWeddings does not independently verify, certify, endorse, guarantee, or warrant any such information, nor any Vendor’s beliefs, doctrinal positions, qualifications, licensure, insurance, workmanship, availability, or performance. Inclusion on the Platform is not an endorsement, recommendation, or certification, and removal from the Platform is not an assertion of wrongdoing.

ChristianWeddings is not a party to, agent for, guarantor of, or broker of any engagement, contract, deposit, or transaction between a User and a Vendor. Users are solely responsible for their own diligence, contracting, payment, insurance, and dispute resolution with Vendors. No employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship is created between ChristianWeddings and any Vendor or User.

The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChristianWeddings and its owners, officers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, lost goodwill, or lost data, arising from or relating to use of the Platform, any listing decision, or any denial, suspension, or revocation of Vendor access. Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the claimant to ChristianWeddings in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Each Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChristianWeddings and its owners, officers, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Vendor’s content, representations, services, conduct, or breach of these terms.

Users and Vendors may report content or conduct believed to be inconsistent with the Values by contacting ChristianWeddings through the inquiry tools on the Platform. Reports are reviewed at the discretion of ChristianWeddings, which has no obligation to act on any report or to report the outcome of any review.

ChristianWeddings may amend this Disclaimer & Vendor Access Policy at any time by posting an updated version, effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which ChristianWeddings is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
